Do you avoid confrontation, worry about upsetting others, or feel guilty when expressing your needs?
This type of behaviour is common for people who find it difficult to stand up for themselves. The good news is that you can overcome these habits and start expressing your needs by learning and practicing assertiveness skills.
Our course Assert Yourself! (Assertiveness Skills) will teach you empowering communication and behaviours to enhance your self-confidence, credibility and effectiveness. The program focuses on assertiveness in the workplace, but you can easily apply these same principles to your personal life. By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills to approach people and situations using confident, co-operative and positive communication.
This online course includes optional support, so you can reach out to your instructor whenever you need help.
