Learning Insight: Our Training Terms

1. Online Training: Access & Cancellations
To give you the best learning experience, our systems are set up for immediate access.
- The Password Rule: Once your unique login and password have been issued, the course is considered “delivered.” At this point, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. We recommend reviewing the course details to ensure it’s the right fit for you before enrolling.
- Course Duration: Your enrolment provides 49 days of access from the time of registration. This timeframe is designed to help you maintain momentum and achieve your learning goals.
2. Extensions: When Life Happens
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your best-laid plans.
- Compassionate Extensions: If you are facing medical or emergency circumstances, please reach out. We are happy to discuss a complimentary extension to help you get back on track.
- Momentum Extensions: If you simply need a little more time to wrap up your study, we offer a 14-day “Momentum Extension” for a small administrative fee of $44.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the learning materials provided in this course including all accompanying materials (videos, workbooks, templates, and guides) are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Learning Insight Australia.
- Your License: Your purchase grants you access to a single-user license for your personal or professional development during the duration of the course.
- Respecting the Work: You may not record, copy, share, or redistribute these materials. Using our frameworks for your own commercial training purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. One-to-One Coaching: A Partnership of Respect
Our coaching sessions are a dedicated time for your growth. To ensure the highest quality for all students, we ask for mutual respect regarding our schedule:
- The 24-Hour Rule: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With this notice, we can happily move your session to a new time.
- Late Cancellations and Missed Lessons: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed lessons, will result in the session being forfeited.
- Late Arrivals: To respect the integrity of the coaching schedule and ensure every student receives our full focus, sessions generally need to conclude at the scheduled finish time. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee extensions beyond the original hour.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important. We handle all personal information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
